AI business automation in Queenstown and Central Otago
We set AI up on your own computer and use it to fix the jobs that eat your week: the website, the online bookings and the admin around them. You keep the setup when we leave.
Half a day, then sauna bookings every day
In early October we spent a half day with the owner of Pure Senses, the wellness centre at Mount Pisa near Cromwell. We installed Claude Code on his computer, fixed the Pure Senses website, set up the online sauna bookings, put the sauna heaters on a schedule and automated the admin around them. In the same afternoon we built a new website for his other business, F1 Super Boat, and fixed the site for The Reset Studio, the head spa inside Pure Senses.
A week later, sauna bookings were coming in every day, where before the session they weren't.

A clinic site rewritten for the searches patients make
On 12 October we did the same for Osteopathy Central Otago, one of the practitioners based at Pure Senses. In half a day we installed Claude Code on the clinic's computer, rewrote the website with a page for each thing patients search for, from sciatica and back pain to sports injuries, set up the online bookings in Splose with automatic confirmations and reminders, and automated the admin around the appointments.
It is too early for results; we will share them when they are in.

What we automate and fix
Online bookings
Every service bookable online in the system you already use, such as Acuity, Timely or Splose, with confirmations and reminders that send themselves.
A website that takes bookings
One clear heading per page, a page for each thing people search for, business schema for Google, and every page leading to Book now.
Equipment on a schedule
At Pure Senses the sauna heaters now switch on ahead of each booking, so the room is hot when guests arrive and nobody comes in early.
The admin around it
Notifications, reports and the other repetitive jobs that were being done by hand, set up to run on their own.
New websites
When a business needs a site rather than a fix, we build it. f1superboat.com was built in the same session. See websites and apps.
Your own AI setup
Claude Code installed on your computer and connected to your accounts, so the next job is something you can ask for yourself.
How a session runs
- The listBefore we start, you tell us the jobs that eat your week and the things on the website that are not working.
- SetupWe install Claude Code on your computer, Mac or Windows, and connect it to your website and accounts.
- Fix the real thingsWe work down your list together, in your own accounts, starting with whatever is costing you bookings.
- Hand overYou leave with the fixes live and the tools on your computer, knowing how to ask for the next job.
- Keep it movingNew pages, seasonal changes and further automations, if you want us to look after them.
Rather learn it yourself?
Our sister business CamerAcademy teaches this as AI for business training: Dave sets Claude Code up with you and your team, then you spend the session building something real for your business, so you leave able to keep going on your own.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need a laptop or desktop you are allowed to install software on, Mac or Windows, and a paid Claude account. The free Claude plan does not include Claude Code. We do the setup with you and explain each step as we go.
Which AI do you use?
Claude Code, from Anthropic. It runs on your own computer and works in your own files and accounts, so nothing about your business ends up locked inside our systems.
Does it work with Squarespace, WordPress and booking systems?
Yes. Pure Senses runs Squarespace with Acuity bookings, The Reset Studio uses Timely, and Osteopathy Central Otago runs Squarespace with Splose. We also build and fix sites by hand and in WordPress.
Can you do it by video call?
Yes. We come to you around Queenstown and Central Otago, or run the session by video call anywhere.
How much does it cost?
Every job is quoted on what you need fixed. Tell us the jobs that are eating your week and we will reply with a quote.
What would half a day fix for you?
Tell us the jobs that are eating your week, and we will tell you what we would fix first.
